(25 min sessions)
$10 per person
$5 per child (12 and under)
(spaces limited to groups of 8)
Come dressed in your holiday gear and we’ll have some holiday decor too!
Photos can be taken along our wooded paths with the animals.

Happy Forest & Farm Learners - a special summer program for children 5-10, broken into session for ages 5-7 and 8-10… 2 hr sessions of mindful woodsy walks, breath work and stretching under the trees, nature crafts and animal wind down with our sheep and goats.

Enrollment for “Mindful Gardener” workshops… For anyone interested in hobby farming, micro farming or simply growing a few tomatoes and herbs on their deck and incorporating mindfulness skills - this workshop is for you! We’ll teach you how to plant simple, stay focused and enjoy the art of basic farm skills. + some mindfulness techniques to your planting work too :) Enrollment is limited to 25 for April/May (dates TBA, wkshps will be on Saturdays only) For more information > tvl297@gmail.com

This workshop will take place at Curmudgeon Farms in South Bend, IN in June, July & Aug. Dates TBA . There are 10 spaces available for local educators. Workshops will include: understanding mindfulness , mindfulness benefits, building a SEL library, breathing techniques, creative mindful activities, tea making and nature walks.
